Grounded in the philosophy “it shouldn’t hurt to be a child” St. Clair County Child Abuse and Neglect Council is dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.

An established 501(c)3 non-profit organization, St. Clair County Child Abuse and Neglect Council offers a wide array of programs and services to educate and advocate for the health, safety, and welfare of children and to prevent child abuse and neglect before it occurs.

Through collaboration with its membership, community partners, funding sources along with the generosity of countless donors, St. Clair County Child Abuse and Neglect Council serves as the voice for the children of St. Clair County.
